wormpose.dataset.loaders.tierpsy.results_exporter¶

Exports WormPose results (skeleton only) in WCON format

It requires the original WCON file from Zenodo as an input so that we can write the same metadata

class wormpose.dataset.loaders.tierpsy.results_exporter.ResultsExporter(dataset_path: str)[source]¶: Exports WormPose results to WCON If there is an already existing WCON, load it to copy the metadata field
